Once your order is placed, a mockup of your custom design will be created and sent to you for approval. To keep production on schedule, you will have 24 hours to review and approve your design. If no response is received within this timeframe, the design will be considered approved and moved into production. Please note that custom designs are one-of-a-kind and will not be resold in our store.
Round One: You’ll receive 3 custom mockup designs based on your submitted quote and style notes.
Round Two: If you are not satisfied with the first set, you may request up to 3 additional mockups.

Because of the personalized nature of this item, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations can be accepted once the design process begins. Processing time may be extended by three to five days to allow for design creation and approval. We reserve the right to adjust or refine design elements as needed to ensure print quality, but your original message will always remain the centerpiece. All submitted quotes must be original, faith-based, and respectful.
