At LiveQuotesMerch, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not keep inventory and cannot restock returned items.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color or design
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
We strongly encourage customers to review the size charts, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly resolve the issue.
To request assistance, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem
After reviewing the issue, we will either send a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a refund where appropriate.
Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members or neighbors and contact your local carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address Provided
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for paying additional shipping costs for the order to be reshipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly once they are placed. Because items are custom made, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has started.
If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Exchanges for Sizing Issues
Since all items are produced on demand, we cannot offer direct exchanges for incorrect sizing.
If you are unsure about sizing, please consult the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
